Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you work under the guidance of a Senior SDR who is accountable for your ramp-up, call quality, and decision-making during your initial months. Once ramped up, you’ll be primarily responsible for executing outbound and basic inbound tasks with accuracy and professionalism – with the ultimate goal of booking high quality calls on an Account Executive’s calendar.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage new inbound and outbound leads for LaunchBoom.
  • Work with the sales team to develop new lead sources, qualify new deal opportunities, and book new business opportunities for the Account Executives to close.
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with all new potential clients and always look for opportunities to add more value

The experience we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C sales position preferred.
  • CRM experience (Hubspot experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nitty gritty details:

  • $84K OTE: $65K base and $19K target commission
